Happy Sugar Life

I wanted to read this because I really enjoy psychological thrillers and the like, so I was interested in seeing the yandere non-sexual relationship between the main character and Shio. I don't remember the main character's name, if that gives you any idea of my opinion.

The biggest complaint I have is that it felt like every chapter was just a set-up for yet another character to make the same evil face as every character thus far and secretly be evil and twisted and yandere, too. I think the author just enjoyed drawing the same kind of 'scary' face.

I didn't see any clear reason why the main character acted and felt the way that she did, and the whole auntie reveal fell flat. I would have loved to get some more in-depth introspectives from the characters, or really any feelings beyond yandere obsession.

Ultimately, I didn't despise it, but I definitely wasn't impressed either, so I couldn't recommend it.
